The role
Due to a period of continuous, sustainable growth, they are now looking to bolster their delivering/operations team with the addition of a Mechanical Contracts Manager, overseeing two projects across the Midlands ranging from £9m - £18m.
The requirements
Ideally, you will have experience working within a similar building services contractor, with experience delivering large-scale commercial projects, preferably from a warehouse/industrial/food distribution centre sector. Your background would be either apprentice-trained or technically minded with a mechanical engineering/plumbing qualification.
The package
You can expect to earn anywhere between £65,000 - £75,000 (but negotiable for the right person). You'll benefit from Hybrid working, car allowance, and the opportunity to lead a series of cutting-edge projects, developing your experience and progressing your career.
