  1. All employees involved in the recruitment process will receive mandatory training on equity, diversity, and inclusivity to help promote understanding and awareness of the importance of ED&I in the workplace.

 

Diversity Metrics

  1. Nimble will track and report on diversity metrics related to the recruitment process, including representation by race, gender, and other protected characteristics. This information will be used to identify areas for improvement and to evaluate the success of our ED&I initiatives.

  1. All employees involved in the recruitment process have a responsibility to comply with this policy and to promote equity, diversity, and inclusivity in the workplace.
