A leading Housing Association based in Bath is searching for a full-time, permanent Property Surveyor to manage a portfolio of approximately 5,000 homes in South London. The successful candidate will handle day-to-day property-related tasks, including responsive repairs, voids, defect diagnosis, and customer service. The Property Surveyor will interact with various internal teams and play a crucial role in delivering repairs services.
What experience do you need?
Social housing experience, particularly with a Housing Association, Local Authority, or similar organization
Comprehensive surveying experience on residential properties
Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and laws
Ability to manage workload, prioritize tasks, and provide high-quality customer service
Possession of a valid UK driver's license and access to a personal vehicle
